A recipe for meatless Fridays:

Margherita pizza:

-300g of 0000 flour
-½ teaspoon of yeast
-¾ teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-1 tablespoon of olive oil (any oil would do actually)
-200 ml of water.

Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the spoonful of oil and then slowly incorporate the water. Start mixing together until you have a dough. Let it rise for two hours.
After the two hours have passed, using a rolling pin or your hands, fit to your tray of choice. Cook for 5-10 minutes in high heat (the highest the better) then add tomato sauce with chopped garlic. Once the sauce is added, you can put the toppings on. My favorite ones are champignon, olives, hard boiled egg. After the toppings are added it’s time to put the mozzarella on top. Do so to your taste and put back in the oven for 5- 10 minutes.
