The fight against lust is the starting point for us to be able to fight the worst enemies in the future, we need discipline and purity to face the horrors that will arrive.
What are some things that you might recommend to help with this issue. I’ve personally had a hard time mentally, going for more than a month. It’s a degenerate act, and one I want to stop, but I keep finding it increasingly difficult. It’s a disgusting addiction, and I’m perturbed by my almost innate need for it.
