This is a call out to farmers that are struggling. Set up a website and start marketing yourself to people in the city. I know of several farmers in my area that sell eggs and chicken, beef, organic grain and people order and prepay for food. They tell them the location.

And where to pick up. They have a refrigerated truck. They have a lineup of customers each week. They do very well. Have even expanded into direct selling at farmers markets. Organic anything. Farm to table does very well. Even be sells homemade fresh sausages!!
