Survival Food: Japanese Knotweed Shoots

Japanse knotweed is growing rapidly in Europe, you can find it almost everywhere and is easily recognized.
Large heart shaped leaves, green and red twigs that look a bit like rhubarb.
It’s perfectly edible and healthy.

Warning:
Do not plant this knotweed in your garden! It is very invasive and will take over the whole garden.

This is only for survival purposes and a way to keep the knotweed from spreading by eating it.
